Notice to authors

Please note each paper must have at least one author registered by 12 June 2020. Papers with additional contributing authors registering after this date will be required to pay the standard conference fee that is applicable.

Any paper that does not have at least one author registered by 12 June 2020 will be withdrawn from the conference proceedings.

At least one author needs to attend and present the paper either in oral or poster format. Papers that are not presented will not be published on Inspec, the IET Digital Library or be indexed on IEEE Xplore and the registration fee is non-refundable after the conference.
 
Please include your paper reference number when registering.The registration fee entitles the attendee to the following:

• Attend all the conference sessions
• Participate in the discussions
• Visit the exhibition and poster sessions
• Receive the USB including the conference proceedings upon arrival at the conference
• The delegate bag handed out upon registration
• Morning and afternoon refreshments during the conference
• Complimentary drink reception ticket/dinner ticket for each conference delegate (if the drink reception or dinner is planned in the programme)
